Modell der menschlichen Niere

We all know to well what stress is. We have such busy lives. It starts when we wake up and it doesn’t even seem to stop when we go to sleep. If you are like me, even when you lay down for the night your mind is still working. Your thinking about the day you just had, the day you will have tomorrow, and everything that still needs to be done. And oh isn’t life wonderful, the way it throws all those extras at us to deal with?

It’s the way our bodies deal with stress that seems hard to control. Sure, you can tell yourself your not going to worry about this and that, but you do…deep down inside you do. All this worrying and stress depletes our adrenal glands causing us adrenal exhaustion.

Seems like our bodies are in a constant “fight or flight” response. But “fight or flight” is not an option for us anymore. If you have a bad day at work, sure, you probably do want to beat somebody up, or run out the door. But it’s just not the way we have evolved. So when we are forced to deal with to much stress in our lives we are left with depleted adrenal glands.

When we are faced with repeated chronic stress the adrenal glands sustain high levels of cortisol. After a period of time the adrenal glands can not keep up with hormonal regulation. You see..the adrenals are also responsible for other hormonal regulation. And when we are under a lot of stress our adrenal glands are to busy creating cortisol to deal with our stress. When this happens our adrenals are unable to do the other jobs they are suppose to do.

As time goes on we will find ourselves facing issues like weight gain, fatigue, depression, unable to concentrate will, craving sugar or salty foods.

Basic Tips on Dealing With Adrenal Stress:

Cortisol is a hormone that is secreted by the adrenal glands. Cortisol is responsible for glucose metabolism, regulating blood pressure, our immune system and our inflammatory response.

In the morning our bodies contain the highest levels of cortisol, and it is at its lowest level in the evening.

When we are under constant stress our adrenal glands release higher levels of cortisol. It is responsible for several stress-related changes in the body. For example, when we are in danger a high level release of cortisol will give us a burst of energy helping us to deal with a dangerous situation.

It is important for the body to regain normal cortisol levels. This allows the body to return to normal functions. But today our lives can be very stressful, causing a constant stream of cortisol to be released from our dream implants. Because of this our bodies don’t always return to a normal state.

If you find yourself feeling tired all the time, you may want to consider making a few changes in your life. Such as trying to relax more, eating healthier, getting regular exercise, and adding supplements to your daily diet.

Cortisol and stress gone unchecked can lead to serious diseases. Being under constant stress and having low cortisol levels can bring down your immune system, slowing down your body’s chance to fight off infection.

It is not a big deal’s long as we can make the changes that will allow her body to recover from constant stress. But the consequences, if we do not take care of ourselves, can be deadly.

We have two small organs that sit just above the kidneys. These are our adrenal glands. The adrenal glands are responsible for distributing hormones to other vital organs in the body.

When we are under a lot of stress we can experience adrenal deficiency. This is because the adrenal’s get overworked due to overexposure of stress. When this happens we suffer from things like constant fatigue, headaches, dizziness, constipation, a reduced sex drive, low blood sugar, and many more things.

Though continued adrenal deficiency can cause serious problems, healing our adrenal glands can be done with simple life changes.

I feel it the most important thing in healing our dream glands is to eat a well-balanced diet.

Following this would be regular exercise. It doesn’t have to be a strenuous exercise plan. Simply increasing your activities, such as taking daily walks, worry over the class a couple times a week is sufficient.

The third thing that we should consider our supplements. Supplements play a vital role in our well-being. Whether it be a daily vitamin, or supplements specifically created for adrenal healing.

The fourth thing, which may be easier said than done, is to try to reduce our stress levels. Worry only about the things that we can change. There is no point in worrying and stressing over things that we cannot change.

Taking care of ourselves, you healthy, getting involved in light activity, daily supplements and reducing our stress level will help us to heal and go on living healthy lives.

When we our subject to constant periods of stress our bodies react by releasing hormones associated with the nervous system. If an individual’s exposure to stress is constant the adrenal response will eventually lead to adrenal exhaustion.

It is at these times that we should avoid caffeine and alcohol. We should try to keep ourselves on a regular sleeping schedule. Eating balanced meals will also help in healing the adrenal glands.

There are also many supplements available on the market that will help support your adrenal glands. Taking these supplements along with, or instead of your typical daily vitamins is recommended.
