Adrenal stress effects many people today due to the high levels of stress we face day to day. If we experience to much stress in our lives our adrenal glands can get out of whack and release to much cortisol into our blood. The cortisol in our blood effects the brain, our immune system, muscles, blood sugar levels, circulations and more.
Symptoms of adrenal stress
- Our energy levels fall
- We have a hard time remembering things
- We feel mildly depressed
- Our sex drive drops
- We cant sleep
- We suffer from restlessness
Use supplements specifically for adrenal stress
Eat healthy regular meals every day. Skipping meals creates a cortisol release
Eat complex carbohydrates instead of just carbohydrates
Learn simple breathing exercises. This sounds simple but can relax the body
Keep a regular sleeping schedule of at least 8 hours a night
Avoid to much coffee or those energy drinks that are so popular today. This only compounds the problem
